Emily DiDonato shows off the results of her 25
Emily DiDonato has dropped 25 pounds since welcoming her second child last year - and has now given insight into how she lost the weight.
The model, 33, welcomed son Oliver in April 2023 and shared video of her postpartum workout results to her Instagram account on Wednesday.
The videos captured DiDonato weightlifting at four and 11 months postpartum. Four months after giving birth, she weighed 175 pounds. But 11 months later, she was down to 150.
The Victoria's Secret model also attributed her weight loss to '11 months of blood, sweat, tears and boring meals lol' in her post's caption.
DiDonato showed off her affection for Oliver, as well as her daughter Teddy, two, by sharing a set of photos on her Instagram account earlier this month.

In the snaps, the fashion industry personality was seen while enjoying a day at the beach with her two children.
The model kept it casual in an oversized gray sweater and black jeans as she took her children out onto the sand.
DiDonato completed her look with white sneakers and a black cap, and her gorgeous brunette hair fell onto her shoulders.
She also affectionately described her children as 'my beach babies' in the caption of the post.
The fashion industry figure shares her children with her husband, Kyle Peterson, whom she married in 2018.
DiDonato and her spouse started their family with the arrival of Teddy, who was born in November of 2021.
The model and her husband went on to welcome Oliver into their family in April of 2023.
The runway regular opened up about parenting in a video that was shared on her TikTok account and stated that her early days as a model prepared her for motherhood.
'I think as a mom, you also get a lot of bad advice and a lot of unsolicited opinions, and I felt like I learned at a young age to just take people's opinions and thoughts with a grain of salt,' she said.

DiDonato then expressed that, although prospective parents would likely receive a myriad of tips about raising children, they should only pay attention to the most practical of advice.
'You get so much advice and you need to learn to like just take in what's going to work for you and do what works for you and let the rest fall off and like roll off your back,' she said.
The model also stated that she was making the most of her home life after spending much of her early adulthood flying around the world for her work.
'I want to be home, I want to be with my kids, but I think if I hadn't gotten that out of my system and seen so much of the world, maybe I would feel like I was missing out on something,' she said.
